About the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the Code)
The Code aims to create good prerequisites for active, responsible ownership and is intended to act as guidance in self-governance within the Swedish industry.
It is based on the principle of comply or explain, which means that the Company can deviate from one or more rules in the Code if there is justification and an explanation and if the solution chosen can be explained.
Hufvudstaden complies with the Code with a deviation with regard to the Election Committee. The deviation from the Code is explained in more detail in the Annual Report.
