Shareholders in Hufvudstaden AB (publ) are hereby summoned to an Annual General Meeting, which will take place at 3.30 pm on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at the Grand Hôtel, Vinterträdgården, Stockholm. The entrance is on the corner of Stallgatan and Blasieholmsgatan. The doors will open at 2.30 pm.
