Shareholder structure

The number of shareholders at the year-end was 33,113. Institutions and companies with holdings of 100,000 shares or more held 177,372,772 shares, equivalent to 87.7 per cent of total shares outstanding and 96.7 per cent of the votes. The proportion of foreign ownership at the end of the year was 20.0 per cent of the total number of outstanding shares.
