Sustainability Index 2022

Hufvudstaden’s joint Sustainability Report comprises the Annual Report for 2022 and this GRI Index. It also includes GRI's sector-specific supplements for the construction and property sector. This year's Sustainability Report is published in accordance with the most recent guidelines for GRI Standards, Core level.

Hufvudstaden has reported in accordance with the GRI Standards 2021 for the period 2022-01-01 and 2022-12-31.

With effect from 2021, Hufvudstaden also reports detailed sustainability performance measures based on sBPR (Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations on Sustainability Reporting, third edition) published by EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association).
