Seminars and training programmes for enhanced competence
The training initiatives are linked to demands from the market and employees. We have, among other things, identified an increase in interest in environmental issues and in response, we ran an environmental seminar programme during the year for all employees. New employees undergo an induction programme during their first year. We also run English language and communication training programmes to reinforce contact with international stakeholders.
