"Sweden is a key market for Visa, and being at the heart of its financial ecosystem is a natural step for us. Our new location in Stockholm’s financial district reflects our commitment to working closely with both established financial institutions and our fintech partners. It places us right where our customers and partners are—so we can be available to them when they need us the most," says Fredrik Lindquist, Country Manager for Visa Sweden.
The premises will undergo extensive modernization to meet Visa’s needs and support their continued growth in the Nordics. Visa will co-locate parts of its operations with fintech company Tink, recently acquired by Visa.
“We are delighted to welcome Visa to the NK property. It’s a strong affirmation of the property's attractiveness and Hufvudstaden’s capability to offer modern and flexible office solutions in Stockholm’s prime location,” says Frida Wijkström, Head of Business Area Stockholm, Hufvudstaden.
CBRE has served as advisor to Visa during the process.
Since 1915, Hufvudstaden has provided successful businesses with high-quality office and retail premises in attractive locations centrally positioned in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
