We have a guideline for diversity, equality, and inclusion that helps us create a workplace where differences are encouraged. Our work environment guidelines emphasize the importance of preventing discrimination and offensive treatment. To support this, we have initiatives that help us create an equal and inclusive workplace, where understanding of differences is encouraged, and discrimination and harassment are prevented. These include areas such as the work environment, parenthood, harassment, recruitment, promotion and learning development, as well as equal pay.
Salary mapping is carried out annually. Our equality goal is to achieve a balanced gender distribution with at least a 40/60 ratio between women and men.
