Korab International AB to establish new office at Kvarteret Johanna

Hufvudstaden has signed a lease agreement with Korab International AB, which will relocate to Kvarteret Johanna in central Gothenburg. The international trading company, specializing in forest products, will lease approximately 600 square metres, with occupancy scheduled for spring 2027.

Korab International AB is already well acquainted with the property, having previously operated from the same location. The company vacated the premises in December 2021 in connection with the start of construction on the large-scale development project. Now, Korab is returning – to brand new opportunities in a completely modernised setting.

About Kvarteret Johanna
Kvarteret Johanna is one of the most centrally located city blocks in Gothenburg, situated by the historic canals, just steps from Brunnsparken and the Central Station – with the iconic department store Nordiska Kompaniet as its nearest neighbour. The project is one of the largest developments underway in the inner city and will be an important addition to the revitalisation of the Fredstan district.

The redevelopment and new construction total approximately 32,000 square metres of space for offices, retail and restaurants. The block retains its architectural diversity outwardly, while internally all buildings are interconnected to enable highly flexible office solutions – from 150 sqm to over 4,300 sqm on a single floor.
