Satisfied and proud employees
We want our employees to feel proud to work with us. They should enjoy their work, feel good, and stay motivated. For us, it is also important that everyone takes responsibility and feels involved in the business.
We evaluate how we are perceived as an employer through employee surveys. We use EMI – Employee Engagement Index – as a benchmark to measure results over time. In the survey, we ask questions about job satisfaction and how employees experience the workplace. Our employee surveys have had high response rates and consistently show strong results. That is something we are very proud of.
Results of the employee survey
The results of the latest employee survey show a very high Employee Satisfaction Index, with almost all metrics above benchmark. The responses from the survey reveal, among other things:
- We have a high response rate of over 90%
- Our eNPS score has increased from 30 to +47 since last year’s survey
- There is a high proportion of engaged employees and managers
- Many feel proud to work with us

Health and wellness initiatives
At Hufvudstaden, we care about our employees’ health. We offer regular health checks, organize joint wellness activities, and provide a wellness allowance. We conduct health assessments to ensure our employees feel well. We believe this contributes to sustainable employees, something proven by our low absence statistics.
