Comprehensive introduction for new employees

We focus on long-term commitment when recruiting new team members. As a new employee, you are offered a thorough, individualized introduction program tailored to your role.

We also provide a digital tool that guides all new employees through the key areas needed to get to know the company.

Personal development

At Hufvudstaden, we conduct annual performance reviews with all employees. During these reviews, we discuss goals, achievements, values, and professional development. We go through Hufvudstaden’s objectives and how you, as an employee, can contribute, as well as what you need to succeed in your role. These conversations form the basis for a personal action plan, which is continuously monitored and evaluated.

Further training

Based on market demands and employee needs, we tailor various training programs and seminars. Examples include project management, leadership, communication, as well as environmental and sustainability topics.

Leadership within the company is based on four leadership criteria. Situational leadership and employee engagement are applied throughout the organization, creating the right conditions for success in a rapidly changing world.

We prioritize identifying and developing employees with leadership potential. Hufvudstaden deliberately invests in giving younger employees the opportunity to grow into leadership roles early on.

We regularly offer leadership training for our managers, focusing on Hufvudstaden’s leadership principles. An annual leadership conference is also held, providing opportunities to exchange experiences and discuss leadership topics.
