Central location and excellent transport connections

One of the advantages of working at Hufvudstaden is that you are always based in a central location with easy access to public transportation. We are also within walking distance of all our properties and tenants in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

For those who need to drive to work, there is the option to park in our parking facilities adjacent to the workplace.

Health and wellness

Hufvudstaden invests heavily in wellness, health, and well-being. Among other things, we work proactively by offering massage and access to a naprapath at the workplace. All employees are also entitled to an annual health check and a yearly wellness allowance.

We regularly conduct employee surveys to understand how our employees feel, thrive, and perceive the work environment. Based on this, we can implement targeted initiatives as needed.

At Hufvudstaden, we enjoy doing active things together. We therefore have a social committee that plans and organizes joint activities. In recent years, the group has arranged golf tournaments, running groups, ping pong competitions, art tours, museum visits, and after-work events.

Every morning, we offer breakfast for a great start to the day together with colleagues.

Health insurance

As an employee, you benefit from health insurance that provides extra security. With this insurance, you receive quick and qualified care in case of illness.

Collective agreement

All employees are covered by a collective agreement. This agreement regulates salaries and other employment conditions, creating security for our employees by clarifying what applies. The agreement includes your occupational pension and provisions for financial compensation during extended illness. It also gives you the opportunity to receive 90% of your regular salary during parental leave for up to six months.

There is also the possibility of receiving an annual bonus and enjoying discounts within the Group’s brands.
