Property Development
Our property developers work on maintaining and adapting our premises. We manage both small and large development projects, including renovations and new constructions. Hufvudstaden’s own project managers handle procurement and oversee projects together with our partners. As a project manager, you are involved in all phases from planning to execution, working daily with project management, tenant coordination, and workplace safety.
Sustainability is a fundamental principle in property development at Hufvudstaden. We build and develop with care for the environment, people, and climate.
Property Management and Leasing
If you want to work closely with customers, a role in property management or leasing is highly recommended. Our leasing team manages the entire process, from the first customer contact to signing the lease agreement. As a leasing agent, you maintain close relationships with tenants and handle daily tasks related to administration, service, and customer communication.
At Hufvudstaden, we manage our properties in-house. Technical managers, operations managers, and property managers ensure our buildings are well-maintained and meet customer needs. This area also includes a sustainability manager who supports customers with questions about sustainability, environment, energy, waste sorting, and climate.
Nordiska Kompaniet (NK)
Working with NK means working with one of Sweden’s strongest brands. The NK department stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg have customer-focused and independent managers, technicians, and project leaders who handle daily operations and development.
NK also offers roles in e-commerce and digital development for those passionate about the digital shopping experience in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. In addition, NK has its own marketing department where experts in marketing, communication, PR, e-commerce, and customer relations can find their place.
