Ivar Kreuger founded Hufvudstaden in September 1915. The business idea was to build and acquire properties in central locations, and already two years later, Hufvudstaden had become Sweden's largest real estate company.
Our first hundred and some years have been a good start, and we can conclude that Kreuger was right in many ways. We have continued in his spirit and manage and develop properties for offices and retail, with prime locations in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
