What are our sustainability targets for collaboration?
- Actively work for a sustainable supply chain. Our main suppliers are to be evaluated annually.
- 100% of new lease agreements with new or existing office tenants shall be green lease agreements.
- Zero serious workplace accidents.
- Hufvudstaden will have the most satisfied customers in the industry.
Tenants
Our tenants are showing increased interest in collaborating on sustainability issues such as waste management, energy efficiency, and indoor climate. Through our green lease agreements, we work together with tenants to develop concrete action plans that contribute to reduced environmental impact. Read more about our green lease agreements.
Suppliers
We place high demands on ourselves, our suppliers, and our partners when it comes to sustainability, environmental performance, and occupational health and safety. In addition to on-site inspections and financial reviews, we also conduct annual sustainability assessments to evaluate risks and performance among our key suppliers. Urban development
We develop partnerships and carry out initiatives to create safe, vibrant, and sustainable cities. In collaboration with the City of Stockholm and the City of Gothenburg, we work toward sustainable urban development. Read more about the networks and partnerships we are involved in.
