When the total number of shares or votes in the company changes, the company shall by law publish information regarding the change.
At the 2001 Annual General Meeting, a share conversion clause was added to Hufvudstaden’s articles of association. Shareholders have the right at any time to request conversion of series C shares to series A shares. During the month of May 2026, 244 series C shares were converted to series A shares.
Through the share conversion, the total number of votes in the company has decreased from 973,486,829 to 973,462,673 votes. The total number of registered shares in the company following the conversion amounts to 194,306,933, of which 186,436,673 are series A shares and 7,870,260 are series C shares.
