Fabrique is a Stockholm-based artisanal stone oven bakery with a simple business idea: they bake sourdough bread in stone ovens with pure natural ingredients using traditional methods and craftmanship. Fabrique was founded in 2008 by David and Charlotta Zetterström and today the company has outlets in Stockholm, London, New York and on Gotland.
