Hawaii Poké creates poké bowls inspired by Hawaiian cuisine. Sushi rice, marinated fresh salmon, pickled ginger, mango, sesame seeds, and wasabi aioli are just some of the ingredients in these fresh and tasty dishes.
The restaurant also provides take-aways, and the menu includes vegan, lactose- and gluten-free options.
“We’re delighted that Hawaii Poké is choosing Femman for its first outlet in Gothenburg. The concept complements the existing choice of restaurants and further strengthens Femman as a central meeting place in Nordstan and Gothenburg,” says Oscar Hägg, Store Management Director at Hufvudstaden in Gothenburg.
Hawaii Poké will be located on the upper level of Femman and will form part of the mall’s strip of restaurants, which includes concepts such as Vietnamhaket, DINÉ Burgers, Sushi Yama, and Zocaló.
