Hufvudstaden has signed an agreement with Grant Thornton regarding premises in the Fyran property in Nordstan in Gothenburg. A long lease has been signed for approximately 2,800 square metres. Demand for modern, efficient office space in central Gothenburg has increased over a long period and the property, which was taken over in 2013, is almost fully leased.
"We are pleased to welcome Grant Thornton as a new Hufvudstaden tenant,” says Ivo Stopner, President of Hufvudstaden.
Grant Thornton is one of the most rapidly growing accounting and consulting companies in Sweden. It is a member of Grant Thornton International Ltd, which has member firms in 120 countries and approximately 38,000 employees.
