Fastighetsbarometern is the property industry's satisfied customer survey. The participants in the survey are the largest owners of office property in the country and around 2,000 tenants were interviewed. Hufvudstaden's Satisfied Customer Index was 81 (+3) on a scale of 1-100. The areas that have the greatest impact on tenant satisfaction are the property owner's image, service, capacity to adapt premises and how they deal with fault reports. Hufvudstaden came out top in 9 of the 10 quality categories assessed.

"We are proud of the result and we see this as confirmation from our customers that we are focusing on the right things. The survey is an important tool in our endeavour to develop and become even better in our relationship with our customers," says Ivo Stopner, President of Hufvudstaden.

Hufvudstaden is working consistently to increase the level of service, not only in terms of information and speed in handling faults but also in the way it treats customers. In recent years, customer relations and service issues have been prioritised with the aim of contributing to customers being even more successful in Hufvudstaden’s properties.

"An important foundation for Hufvudstaden is the long-term perspective that has been adopted and understanding the customers' needs is vital if we are to provide even better service in the future," says Ivo Stopner, President of Hufvudstaden.
