In one of Stockholm's most central and vibrant locations, we are currently building 3,500 square meters of state-of-the-art office space inside a unique, 120-year-old stone facade. Modern retail spaces are also offered on the ground floor in the new building. Here, we at Hufvudstaden create a unique encounter between the old and the new. Cultural history meets the present.
