In 2019, the renovation project for the office and retail property Skären 9, which is located in Biblioteksstan in Stockholm, began. The renovation is characterized by a great focus on sustainability, which is why the property will be environmentally certified. We will also install new and more efficient heating and ventilation systems as well as solar cells on the roof.
